Before you can edit your site on Webflow, you need to set up an account.
If you've lost the invite email, please just email us, and we'll get it resent.
Webflow Editors are limited to making content changes in body copy & headings, as well as being able to change or update images or videos throughout the site. Editors will not be able to make changes to the design or layout of the site. Editors have a limited set of style options for fonts, which include making words bold & italic, and adding hyperlinks. If Editors are editing a Rich Text element, they can also set selected text as Headings (H1-H6).
Webflow Editors can also add new CMS / collection items, based on pre-determined templates that we have set up for them.
Each page within a website has been carefully designed to have the right balance of headings, body copy & images. The heading sizes & font colours have been designed to take into account the branding and then flow of the page, as have the position of each of the elements on the page. As such, even small or incremental changes can have a cascading effect throughout the page, and in some cases through the site.
If you want to make style changes, add new elements to a page (eg more text boxes, images etc) or add new pages, please contact us.

If you're logged on as an editor, and you've tried to edit an image on a site, but the blue edit box doesn't appear, this is probably because the image is a background image (ie built into the structure of the page).
If this is the case, please drop us an email with the image you want to load, and we'll get it done for you.
Webflow is a CMS-driven web platform, and CMS stands for Content Management System. Traditionally, Content Management Systems are databases that aren't that easy to use. However, Webflow has simplified the process and leveraged the power of a CMS to make updating your website super easy. Using templates designed collaboratively by you and us, Editors will have access to the CMS, where all the dynamic content is stored and maintained. The website references that dynamic content on different pages. So anytime an Editor creates or changes any content in the CMS, it updates all the pages where it’s referenced, instantly.
We will always design as many of your pages using CMS templates, so Editors can easily add new blog posts / portfolio items / shop items / FAQs etc, without the need for us to build new pages.
